Verde Island - Philippines Diving

Verde Island is less than an hour away from Sabang beach in Puerta Galera; and just off the island you have Verde Island Drop Off. After entering the water you can instantly see the top of the wall which is as shallow as 8 – 10 meters, and slopes down to beyond 30 meters. Apart from the plentiful supply of corals, the wall is scattered with thousands and thousands of brightly colored Anthia Fish. It is also possible to see Eagle Rays and Sharks here. It is an ideal site for photography when conditions are good. However, there can sometimes be an unpredictable current.  Schools of jacks are also common in the waters of Verde Island.
